As a resident within the AvalonBay Communities network – including our Avalon, eaves by Avalon, AVA or Kanso brands – you have access to the onsite amenities at many of our properties through our AVB Passport Program. Below you'll find a map of all participating communities and you can view the details of each. The AVB Passport program offering varies by location, but includes onsite amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centers and parking.

Once you've made a selection you will be required to create an account and add payment information to make your reservation. Each service must be purchased separately. Please note that you may only use your commuter benefits credit card for parking services (fitness center and pool memberships may be purchased with a non-commuter credit card).

Reservations will only be approved for current AvalonBay Communities residents in good standing. Program offering subject to change at any time.
