Our story

WhereiPark was founded in 2014 by entrepreneurs Alex Enchin and Jeremy Zuker, who recognized a simple but overlooked problem: cities were full of unused parking spaces, while drivers struggled to find reliable ones. Operating in the Canadian market, they set out to bridge that gap by creating a dedicated marketplace for monthly parking, designed for commuters, businesses, and property owners who need more than just quick, casual spots.

Over the years, WhereiPark has expanded its footprint to 3,337 cities across North America, helping tens of thousands of drivers secure dependable, affordable parking in major urban centers, including Toronto, San Francisco, Seattle, Washington DC, Chicago, and Los Angeles—unlocking access to spaces that often aren’t listed anywhere else..

In 2022, WhereiPark was acquired by Spacer Technologies, a global marketplace for parking and storage, and became its North American arm. With expanded resources, technology, and a broader network, WhereiPark now plays a key role in driving Spacer’s growth across North America while continuing to deliver on its original mission: making city parking simpler, more seamless, and genuinely useful for everyone involved.

WhereiPark supports both individuals and businesses looking for reliable parking to property owners and operators with spaces to fill.

In addition to helping individual drivers find monthly parking, WhereiPark also supports group parking needs and works with property managers and multifamily building owners who want to rent out multiple parking spaces or manage larger parking inventories through a single platform.

You can browse available parking without an account, but you’ll need to create one to book a spot and manage your reservations.
