If you make a booking through WhereiPark, we guarantee that you will always be reimbursed in full if:

• You raise the issue with us within 24 hours of your approved start date, and
• Your parking space is unavailable at the date and time of your agreement, or
• The parking space address or description is significantly incorrect, or
• Your vehicle does not fit.

For every parking space booked via WhereiPark, we’ll plant a tree with One Tree Planted.

One Tree Planted is a not-for-profit organization focused on global reforestation, including in North America. Working with the U.S. Forest Service, U.S. State Forest and the Conservation District, they are directly involved in projects such as forest fire recovery, particularly in areas like California, Florida and Oregon.
